Honey Loop Studio LLC currently ships to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@honeyloopstudio.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any problems and ensure you receive your order.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this time as your order may already be processed.
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, please note that shipping delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
For your security, all packages require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or package pickup.
